OFFICIAL RULES:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES  IS SUBJECT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM. 

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Nonoses, Inc. d/b/a Snif, a Delaware corporation located at Polsinelli PC, 600 3rd Avenue - 42nd Floor, New York, New York 11016 ℅ Nonoses, Inc., ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The NOTEWRKS Social Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, except where void, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies, along with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 7, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

To enter during the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Notewrks Instagram link provided in Sponsor’s email communication, follow @Notewrks and comment on the linked post with a CD “💿” emoji. Alternatively, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the following hyperlink to follow @Notewrks and comment a CD “💿” emoji on the linked post: https://www.instagram.com/p/DZOWrAtypjB/. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided in connection with the entry. The “authorized account holder” of the email address is the natural person who is assigned as the owner, holder or responsible party assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service producer or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. 

5. Prize

Sponsor will award one (1) winner with one (1) American Express gift card valued at five hundred U.S. dollars ($500 USD) (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value: $500 USD. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. 

The Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution will be made except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner if required by law.

6. Winner Draw Date, Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 8, 2026 (the “Draw Date”) by Sponsor or its designated representative. Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select another winner.  Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on these Official Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall not enter into any correspondence or discussion of the foregoing.

The winner will be notified by Instagram DM from @Notewrks within forty-eight (48) hours of the Draw Date. If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.The alternate winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service which may result in the winner not receiving initial Prize notification.

If the winner is eighteen (18) years of age, but considered a minor in state of residence, the Prize will be awarded to a parent/legal guardian of the winner. The Prize will be sent only upon verification by Sponsor that all Sweepstakes requirements have been met by the winner. If you are selected as a winner, Sponsor may require you to prove your identity, including proof of address. Examples of identification documents include, but are not limited to, passport, driver’s license, or current utility bill. Failure of a winner to comply with the above Prize claim requirements or these Official Rules for any reason, or the return of any Prize notification or Prize as undeliverable, or the determination that a winner is ineligible to receive the Prize, may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any entrant’s change of email address, mailing address, telephone number, and/or other contact information. 

YOU ARE NOT A WINNER UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, AND IT IS DETERMINED THAT YOU HAVE COMPLIED WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, or any Sweepstakes-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems or internet traffic, or any injury or damage to an entrant's computer or device related to participation in the Sweepstakes.

If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. In that case, Sponsor may randomly select the winner from eligible entries received before the action was taken. Further, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules without notice.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes violates criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds may be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or any associated website, may be acting in violation of the terms of an associated website or these Official Rules or may be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person.

If you are selected as the winner, you grant (and agree to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to use your name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements, and biographical information at any time or times for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification, approval or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy and Use of Information

All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://snif.co/pages/privacy. Any personal data relating to entrants and subject to these Official Rules will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. Personal data relating to entrants will be retained by Sponsor for a reasonable period after the Sweepstakes closes to allow Sponsor to operate the Sweepstakes and other promotional activities in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Sweepstakes, as well as to send information about Sponsor’s products to entrants. If you are selected as the winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. EVERYTHING ON SPONSOR’S WEBSITE(S) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURTHER, SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT MATERIALS ON ITS WEBSITES RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE APPROPRIATE OR AVAILABLE FOR USE AT ALL LOCATIONS AT ALL TIMES. IT IS ENTRANT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ACCESSING SPONSOR’S WEBSITE(S) AND ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES IS LEGAL AND NOT PROHIBITED BY THE LAWS OF THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH ENTRANT IS A CITIZEN.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, excluding attorneys' fees; and (c) to the greatest extent permissible under applicable law, in no event will the Sweepstakes Entities be responsible or liable for an damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from entrant’s access to and use of sponsor’s websites or downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said websites or participation in the Promotion or entrant’s acceptance or use of the Prize, in any manner under any circumstance.

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law rules.

11. Winner List

For the name of the winner, available after July 15, 2026, send a written request via email to hello@snif.co with the subject line "NOTEWRKS Social Sweepstakes Winner List." Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of July 15, 2026
