What is Notewrks?

Notewrks is a sub-brand of Snif that challenges the traditional idea of cologne. Scents curated like a playlist, rooted in classic, high-quality formulas, reworked for the present. 

Music meets mood meets scent. It's that simple.

Shipping

When will pre-orders start shipping?

All pre-orders will start shipping when we officially launch on December 4, 2025.

Where will you be able to ship?

We will be available to ship anywhere in the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $65 (after discounts are applied) will be granted free standard shipping! Orders under $65 will receive specified shipping rates based on the zip code the order is being delivered to. Expedited shipping options will also be available at checkout for an additional fee.

What is your shipping policy to Canada, and what are the estimated shipping times?

We will have a limit of 2 cologne items per order. A cologne bundle counts as 1 item. We offer 2 shipping methods for our Canadian customers: Duties Paid or Duties Unpaid.

Our Duties Paid rates are provided by Passport shipping and allow for duties and taxes to be calculated at the time of checkout. This represents the all-in rate for shipping and customs, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. We typically see estimated shipping times between 7-9 business days after fulfillment, depending on the delivery location.

Our Duties Unpaid rates do not include duties and taxes calculated at checkout. You will most likely need to pay for duties and customs at the time of delivery. We typically see estimated shipping times between 10-14 days for Standard or 6-8 days for Express after fulfillment, depending on the delivery location.

After I place my order, how long until I receive it?

All pre-orders will start shipping when we officially launch on December 4, 2025. If your order is placed with standard shipping, orders can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You’ll receive a subsequent shipping confirmation with tracking info once we ship the order in early December.

Can I change my shipping address?

Due to our fulfillment and ordering process, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed, but we will do everything we can to try! If you need to update the shipping address on your order, please email us at hello@snif.co and provide your order number as well as the full shipping address you would like the order to be updated with. We will not be able to make shipping address changes once the order is processed at our warehouse, so please request your change as soon as possible.

Orders and Payment

Are 2 ml samples included for free with 30 ml colognes?

No, 2 ml samples are not included for free with our 30 ml colognes. That being said, 2 ml samples are now added to your cart at an additional cost of $5, and you will have the option to remove the sample if you choose. It’s up to you if you want to include the paid sample or go straight to the full-size. Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns of unopened and unused full-size colognes. 

How many of each cologne product can I order?

We currently have a 5-item limit per product. For orders shipping to Canada, we currently have a limit of 2 cologne items per order.

Can I use multiple discount codes in the same order?

No, discount codes cannot be stacked. Only one discount code may be applied per order, including discounts from our loyalty rewards program.

Can I use a discount code and my gift card in the same order?

Yes! Simply enter your discount code at checkout and tap Apply. After that, you can add your gift card details the same way.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  As soon as your order ships, you can expect an order tracking link via email as well. If you created an account during checkout, you can log into your Snif account to see your order status and history in real time!

Can I cancel or make other changes to my order after checkout?

Due to our fulfillment and ordering process, we can’t promise that updates to the order, including cancellations, can be made, but we will do everything we can to try! Please email us at hello@snif.co and provide your order number as well as the update that you would like us to make. We will not be able to cancel or make other changes once the order is processed at our warehouse, so please request your change as soon as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

When a product sells out, will you ever get it back in stock?

Our colognes are all limited-release; however, we may periodically restock them. We recommend stocking up on your favorite scents before they’re gone!

Returns

Which cologne products are return-eligible?

We are happy to accept returns for 30 ml colognes that are in their original seal and packaging, unused, and in “good as new” condition. We recommend adding the optional 2 ml sample to your order if you would like to maintain the flexibility to return your 30 ml cologne. 

Which cologne products are not return-eligible?

We are not able to accept returns on any 10 ml colognes, 2 ml cologne samples, partial bundles, or 30 ml colognes that have been opened and sprayed.

Where do I start my return?

Head over to snif.loopreturns.com to initiate a return. Enter your order number (starting with SNIF) and your email address or zip code to get started. From there, you will select the products in your order that you would like to return. Once your return is submitted, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and access to a prepaid shipping label.

If your product is ineligible for a return and there is an issue with the product, please reach out to hello@snif.co, and our team will be happy to lend a hand.

What is your refund policy?

We can only process your refund once we have received the product back at our warehouse and inspected the quality of the return. We will process all refunds within 7 days of the return being delivered and received at our warehouse. Shipping charges, as well as duties and taxes paid at checkout, will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to reject any product that is returned to us and that we find in an unusable condition. If we reject your return, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and a refund will not be issued.

Do you accept returns on gifted orders?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any orders sent as gifts. 

Product Quality and Formulas

Are Notewrks colognes vegan?

Yes! Our products are cruelty-free and made without any animal products or byproducts.

Are Notewrks colognes natural and clean?

Our colognes are formulated with a high-end blend of natural and synthetic components for a product that performs. They are made without preservatives, phthalates, parabens, formaldehydes, or endocrine-disrupting ingredients (amongst others!). We follow the highest standards across the industry for clean fragrance, and our fragrances are formulated to exclude a comprehensive set of ingredients that do not meet these standards.

Loyalty Program and Referrals

What is the Snif Society?

The Snif Society is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you Snif! The more you spend and engage with us, the more points and benefits you earn, and those points can be redeemed for discounts or free products. You can see more on the Loyalty Overview page.

How do I join the Snif Society?

All that’s required to join our loyalty program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account here, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the program so you can start earning points for your purchases immediately. 

What are the benefits of joining the Snif Society?

The more you shop and engage, the more points you earn! You’ll be able to redeem your points for discounts or free products, and you’ll unlock new rewards when you move into higher tiers in our program. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found on the Loyalty Overview page, so you can see exactly what you’re able to earn in the various tiers. You can earn points in a variety of ways, including following us on your favorite social platform, subscribing to a product, and sharing your birthday!

What are the tiers?

The three tiers in our loyalty program are Nose Novice, Colognisseur, and Eau de Pro. Your tier status is determined by how many points you have; the more points you earn, the higher your tier status will be.

  • Nose Novice: 0-149 points
  • Colognisseur: 150-449 points
  • Eau de Pro: 450+ points

How do the tiers work, and can my tier expire?

From the moment you unlock a new tier, you have one year to earn the threshold number of points to maintain that tier.

For example, if you reach the Eau de Pro tier on October 12, 2025, you will stay in the Eau de Pro tier through October 12, 2026. You would also have until that date to earn another 450 points to stay an Eau de Pro through October 12, 2027.

How do points work?

You’ll earn points by purchasing from Snif and completing actions outlined on the Loyalty Overview page, such as leaving a review or sharing your birthday. Points are earned at different rates depending on your tier - the Nose Novice earns 1 point per dollar, the Colognisseur earns 2 points per dollar, and the Eau de Pro tier earns 3 points per dollar spent. Make sure you’re logged into your account to earn points!

Points can be redeemed for free product or dollars off your purchase (1 point redeemed = $0.10).

Do my points expire?

No, your points will never expire.

How do I redeem my points for dollars off a purchase?

Navigate to the "redeeming your points" section and find “exchange points for cash". Once you're there, you'll need to move the sliding scale right (and left) to the number of points you want to redeem. The dollar amount shown below will change as you move the slider. Once you’ve landed on the number of points to redeem, tap on “click to redeem your points”, copy the code, and be sure to use that code at checkout.

Will I be able to use a loyalty discount code in the same order as a non-loyalty discount code?

No, discount codes cannot be stacked, and you’ll only be able to use one discount per order. If you’ve already redeemed points for a discount code, the good news is the code will never expire, and you can always find it in "rewards history".

Will I earn points when purchasing a gift card?

Yes! Please make sure you are logged into your account so the points can accurately be added to your account when purchasing a gift card.

Will I earn points using a gift card to make a purchase?

Unfortunately, points are not awarded when using a gift card to make a purchase. 

Will I be able to redeem points for a discount to use towards the purchase of a gift card?

Unfortunately, discounts cannot be used towards the purchase of a gift card.

Will I be credited for previous purchases, and will those count towards my tier?

Yes! For all purchases made starting in 2024, you will be credited points as long as those purchases were made on snif.co using the same email address used to set up your new loyalty account.

What happens if I’ve purchased using multiple email addresses? Can my accounts be merged?

Yes! We ask that you let us know which email address you plan to use with your account so we can merge the accounts for you. Once the accounts are merged, this action cannot be reversed, so choose wisely!

What happens if I return my order?

Not to worry, it happens! If you decide to return an order, the points that were earned on that order will automatically be deducted from your total points and tier. Please note that if you’ve redeemed the points earned from an order and then decide to return your points-earning order later, your points will automatically be deducted, and this will result in a negative point total. 

Will points redeemed for a discount or free product be refunded if I return my order?

Unfortunately, if you redeem points for dollars off your order or free product and then decide to return the order, points will not be refunded to your account.

How do Achievements work?

Achievements are another way to earn rewards for completing specific tasks. Each Achievement outlines the task to perform and the number of points you’ll earn when you complete it. Unfortunately, we can’t backdate Achievements based on your past purchases. Looks like it’s time to go on a quest to complete those!

Will redeeming my points impact my tier?

Redeeming your points won’t impact your current tier status or your progression towards the next tier.

How does the birthday reward work?

Make sure you've shared your birthday with us on the Loyalty Overview page while signed into your account! On your next birthday, you will receive an email with a special gift. 

What are referrals, and how do they work?

The Snif referral program rewards you for sharing Snif! To refer a friend, log into your account, go to the bottom of the Loyalty Overview page, and submit your friend’s email address or copy the link to share. They will receive a referral email to take $10 off their first order of $46 or more, and you will receive $10 off your next order for each successful referral.
